AA Strategic Plan 2024–29

Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy

The Architectural Association (AA) is committed to ensuring students and staff understand what harassment and sexual misconduct is, and that the AA is a dignified place of work and study for everyone. The AA seeks to ensure all students feel able to raise concerns, and feel confident that they will be listened to and that appropriate action is taken where needed. This webpage is the 'single comprehensive source of information' required by the Office for Students (OfS registration condition E6).

The AA has introduced an updated school-wide policy applicable to students and staff. The policy seeks to:

  • ensure students and staff understand what harassment and sexual misconduct is;
  • raise awareness of unacceptable conduct and deter such behaviour;
  • set out the procedure for dealing with any incidents of harassment or sexual misconduct.
