This workshop invites you to transform spaces in the historical and cinematic centre of Córdoba. Working within multidisciplinary groups, you will combine architecture, art and filmmaking to transform a site in the city into a temporary setting for a short film.
Whether you’re an architect inspired by Almodóvar or a film student excited by innovative spatial design, this 10-day workshop explores how minimal structures, sound and light can create new narratives.
You will work in groups of three to five to reinterpret unassuming streets and courtyards or even historical monuments. Together you will choose a site, then design and build an intervention using lightweight structures, light-based elements, inflatable forms and 3D-printed components. At the end of the workshop, you will produce a high-quality short film potentially eligible for film festivals and cinema screenings.
