Constanța Voicu is recorded as a Romanian student enrolled on the 1970-71 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association's Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. Details of her earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us but it appears that by 1979 she had returned to the Socialist Republic of Romania.
