Happurachige Premadasa Wijayasiri, is recorded as a student from Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) enrolled on the 1969-70 'Housing Course' run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. Details of his earlier education or subsequent career are not yet known to us but an architect of the same name (bar a slight variation of spelling for one of his names) appears in the 2015 Gazette Extraordinary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, as a registered architect living in Colombo.
