Open Days

A series of immersive events for applicants, offer holders and anyone thinking about applying to the AA. Step into the life of an AA student this March. Join us for Day at the AA and experience our studios, meet tutors and current students, and explore our programmes first-hand. Whether you’ve already applied, hold an offer, or are still considering applying, these immersive events give you a real insight into studying at the AA.

• 9 March – Sustainable Environmental Design (register here)
• 13 March – DRL and Projective Cities (register here)
• 19 March – Design and Make, Emergent Technologies, History and Critical Thinking, Spatial Performance and Design (AAIS) (register here)
• 19 March – Hooke Park (register here)
• 20 March – Foundation, Intermediate, Diploma and Transfer programmes (register here) and Conservation and Reuse (register here)

Our Open Days take place in October and November every year and are held both in-person at the AA in London and online. To receive recordings from the most recent Open Days, please contact outreach@aaschool.ac.uk.

The AA’s admissions cycle begins in October for entry to our programmes in the following September. We have two application deadlines for each programme: a round one application deadline, and a round two application deadline. For students wishing to apply for scholarship or bursary funding from the AA, they must complete their application by the round one application deadline. Applications will remain open beyond the deadlines until the programmes are full.
