Prapat Ketsa-Ard, is recorded as Thai student enrolled on the 1970-71 postgraduate programme at the Architectural Association’s (AA) Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. Details of their earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us beyond the fact that their corresponding addresses in 1974 and 1979 were both in Bangkok.
