Cristian Sarria Molina (or Cristian Sarria) was a Colombian architect. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB), Medellín, Colombia, in 1966. In 1970 he enrolled on the postgraduate programme at the Architectural Association's (AA) Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. He was tutored by Mario Novella and duly graduated with the programme's postgraduate Diploma in 1971. Prior to joining the AA, Sarria appears to have designed the cinema ‘Teatro Embajador’, now Cine Colombia Embajador, in Bogotá, Colombia (1969). However, little is yet known to us regarding his later career, beyond the fact that in 1979 he was giving a correspondence address in Medellin, Colombia. He passed away in November 2015.
