Mexico City

The Urban Condition

Dates TBC

The AA Mexico City Visiting School offers the opportunity to experience first-hand experimental culture, in the heart of Mexico City. Following the AA’s unit system of education, the AA Mexico City Visiting School will offer four unique workshops within one Visiting School.
Each workshop will give the students the opportunity to experience some of the most unique design methodologies in a short concise format; designed to give a taste of the environment and techniques developed at the AA.
In 2017, The Mexico City Visiting School will be travelling between Mexico City and Oaxaca City in order to experience two of the most representative and vibrant urban conditions of Mexico and Latin America.
The students enrolled will be able to select the unit of their preference, dependent on availability, and to present and exhibit the work in the Historic Centre of Mexico City and Oaxaca City.
