Application for t-sa forum x AA 2018 Language

Please note: Form must be completed in English. All participants travelling from abroad are responsible for securing any visa required.

Visiting School dates: 28 August – 21 September 2018 Application/Payment deadline: 19 August 2018

Deposit £300
Total £1500 / £1570 including £60 / £130 Membership fee.

The course fee is £1440 and the Membership fee is £60 / £130 (details below).   Please note your entered information and photo will be used to process your Membership and ID card.
You will require to provide copy of your passport for Visiting Schools taking place in the UK.
