Bert Mulder shows a series of projects to demonstrate how virtual and physical networks can cooperate to build communities. Mulder is a Dutch information specialist with a background in IT, psychology, and futurology. He has worked with a diverse range of people, from large companies to individual hackers and from public health departments to education. He is director of the VOTA consultancy and chief information advisor to the Dutch Parliament, Netherlands. NB: Some loss of sound during Q & A . Q & A cuts out abruptly.
