Bert Mulder shows a series of projects to demonstrate how virtual and physical networks can cooperate to build communities. Mulder is a Dutch information specialist with a background in IT, psychology, and futurology. He has worked with a diverse range of people, from large companies to individual hackers and from public health departments to education.
