The Architectural Association Interprofessional Studio is a leading team in spatial design, choreography, photography, art performance, video and art installation. Cloud/Plunger is the studio member Tuo Lin’s final thesis project for the MFA in Spatial Performance and Design at the Architectural Association.
Combining architecture, dance, light and music, Cloud/Plunger is an artistic reflection on the transformation of urban areas, alluding to the sanitisation of metropolitan cities.
The installation event comprises of a short film, followed by an interactive dance performance by Malgorzata Dzierzon and Renaud Wiser from New Movement Collective (NMC). You will be invited to immerse yourself in the unique environment of Cloud/Plunger, exploring the design surrounded by composed music and found natural sound. Following the performance, there will be a Q&A session, so that you can share your experience and feedback with the creators.
