TYPE Studio: Practice not perfect

Series: What’s Next
Date: Monday 7 December 2015
Time: 18:00
Venue: Lecture Hall
Running time: 63 mins

TYPE will present a candid snapshot of their work as a young office, reflecting on their experience of the multiple, changing and often contradictory aspects of architecture in practice.

TYPE will discuss their ambitions in starting up an office, the challenges of realising these through their first projects, and how they hope to take the office forward in the future.

TYPE was founded in 2012 by Sam Nelson, Tom Powell, Ognjen Ristic and Matt Cooper, having studied and worked together since 2005.

All lectures are open to members of the public, staff and students unless otherwise stated.
