This diagram shows the structure of the School Community, whose confidence the School Director must maintain. This community of 1000 individuals includes all full-time, currently enrolled students; all contracted members of the academic staff; all contracted members of the administrative staff; and 18 AA Council members.

This diagram shows the key academic responsibilities within the school. The full-time school is divided into the Undergraduate (Foundation, Years 1 – 5 leading to the AA Diploma) and Graduate Schools (which includes 12 distinct programmes leading to MA, MSc, MArch, MPhil or PhD degree awards. The Academic Advisory groups relating to each of these parts of the school meet regularly throughout the year, advising the School Director.

This diagram shows the key administrative departments within the school. There are approximately fifteen major departments managing resources and facilities within the school. The Heads of Department group includes the heads of each major department, which meet throughout the year to advise the School Director on administrative operations.
