COSTING: Accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner -vegetarian) and laundry= £17 per person per day
applicable to Groups of 10 people or more. Groups of less than 10 people may incur additional charges

Terms and Conditions:
•Bookings can be made by a tutors or members of staff throughout the academic year
•All sections of the booking form have to be filled in for booking to be confirmed
•Bookings need to be submitted at least two weeks prior the visit.
•Charges: £17 per student per day (groups of less than ten people may incur additional charges).
Notes to tutors:
•Please check availability (see above) before e-mailing the booking form
•Tutors are responsible for students.
•Dietary requirements need to be confirmed with all attending students.
•Accounts will automatically deduct full payment from the unit’s budget on submission of form. It is the tutor’s responsibility to collect
payment from students and return it to the unit's budget via accounts.
Note: Accounts will only accept full payment – not instalments.
•Visits cancelled within two-weeks prior to travel will have 50% of the booking refunded.
•Facilities must be left as found at the end of each day, failure to do so my incur charges.
•On arrival at Hooke Park, read and sign health and safety regulations.

Rules and Regulations
•All visitors must abide by and obey any instructions issued by Hooke Park staff.
•All activity on site must be agreed upon prior the visit.
•Permission must be obtained from site staff before using electrical and hand tools.
•Trees and wood from the forest cannot be used without prior permission.
•All visitors must keep to the footpaths and bridleways when walking in the forest.
